Professionally, I'm a consultant who works in information technology infrastructure, planning for and implementing hardware and software growth. The needs of my clients vary, but I find that the best approach is three pronged; stabilize, action plan for the short term and an action plan for the long term. This way the goals of an enterprise may be met within the constraints of the available resources.

I also work in glass.  I find it amazing that you can take a bit of sand, soda and lime, heat it up and get something that can be both a structural material and as delicate as gossamer? My wife Dinah and I own a art glass studio in Racine, Wisconsin named Twin Cedar Studio.  There we work in functional and sculptural glass creating things of great beauty.
